World Vision (WV) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Senior Business Analyst in Goicoechea, Costa Rica. The duration for the post is of more than 2 years.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for serving as a liaison between Global Treasury and other Partnership entities, departments, etc. (together, “entities”). They should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Key Jobs Responsibility
The Senior Business Analyst will perform the following functions-
- Collaborate with Global Treasury management and key Partnership finance stakeholders to identify key business improvement requirements (e.g., systems, processes, etc.).
- Survey business landscape to determine potential opportunities to address business improvement requirements, meet with potential internal and external vendors, and recommend enhancements, both directly and by assisting WVI’s Global IT department.
- Design business improvement solutions and assist project managers to develop and maintain project plans, manage variances in resources, oversee change management processes and ensure overall project success.
- Develop documentation appropriate to specific business improvement projects, including policies, procedures and support documentation.
- Support ad hoc TSS initiatives as required.
- Support Global Treasury’s cash and financial risk management operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Minimum three years of experience in corporate treasury or in treasury consultancy.
- MBA in related fields.
- Ability to speak multiple languages and/or experience working overseas preferred.
- Significant experience and in-depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes, as well as experience with the development and deployment of treasury technology at a corporation, bank, consultant or technology vendor.
- Practical knowledge of cash and liquidity management, and familiarity with financial risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including both listening and speaking.
- Interest in developing professional relationships (both internal and external to the Partnership), for the purpose of advancing the global treasury function.
- Demonstrated ability to work with peers in a collaborative environment, and alone in an entrepreneurial environment, and to continually support senior management.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary.
- Effective in written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5-10% of the time.
- Ability to work remotely with appropriate access to technology resources (email, messaging systems, phone, etc.).
