World Vision (WV) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Area Development Program Manager in Sangkat Chak Angre Krom, Cambodia.
The Area Development Program Manager work is to provide overall leadership and management for the area development program in accordance with relevant World Vision strategies (e.g. National and Secondary, Initial Disaster Preparedness Plan), policies (e.g. Transformational Development, Child Sponsorship) and frameworks (e.g. LEAP, TD/ADP ministry model, program integration guidelines) to achieve its goal with good quality.

Key Jobs Responsibility
The Area Development Program Manager wll perform the following functions-
- To manage and support the ADP staff to ensure quality individual and team performance to achieve the ministry objectives.
- To ensure all staff are accessible to spiritual nurture and WVC policy training events, so that they understand Christian Witness and the Child Protection Policy to act and apply in their works and lives.
- To ensure that the Design, Monitoring and Evaluation of program and projects are complied with WVI standards, within LEAP framework, using the needs identified by relevant community stakeholders for better document.
- Ensure the processes for ADP monitoring, evaluation and TDI measurement system by using developed and used reflection and learning with the community and the ADP Team.
- To coordination between all projects within the program, staff and partners to promote sustainable, child-focused transformational development.
- Coordinate and host visits of sponsors, donors, and WV staff from other offices and coordinate with Communications Unit all media and film crew visits to the project area to ensure the protection of the children and proper action taking.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor degree in development management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of appropriate professional experience in management and leadership of a comparable community development program/project.
- Certificate from any Christian School is a plus.
- Previous experience in advocacy and networking is an advantage.
- Sound experience in project and program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.
- English proficiency both written and speaking.
- Computer skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point, email etc.
- Good interpersonal skill with pressure and problem solving.
