Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Project Manager will perform the following functions-
- Effectively oversee and manage projects from the tender process, reviewing contracts, administering contracts to hand over and everything in between.
- Provide superior client management of all parties involved.
- Achieve the project deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- A relevant tertiary qualification in project management, building science, architecture, quantity surveying or a relevant post graduate degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Highly refined project management, planning, organizational skills and communication skills – both verbal and written.
- A combined construction and consulting background with the ability to lead design teams.
- Project experience in commercial, retail, government, and sports and leisure.
- Flexibility, strong work ethic and willing attitude.
