Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Coordinator I in Baltimore, United States.
The Coordinator seeks to build stronger donor relationships through direct donor engagement, establishing operational excellence by coordinating internal business practices, and measuring satisfaction with the donor experience.
CRS carries out the commitment of the Bishops of the United States to assist the poor and vulnerable overseas.
Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Coordinator I will perform the following functions-
- Strengthens donor relationships by tracking the engagement of the participants of our Moments of Truth Effectively communicate with donors (minimum of 50 per week) to improve donor retention and build quality relationships by placing outbound thank you calls and emails.
- Solicits feedback on the Donor Experience through donor surveys Identify and engage donors requesting removal from our mailing lists in an effort to improve donor retention.
- Manages the creation, printing, and mailing of Security, IRA, and sensitive donor acknowledgement letters bi-weekly and reviews data from letters to ensure accuracy against our database’s records.
- Monitors the timely arrival of special requests of individual gift acknowledgement letters through contact with recent donors Coordinates delivery of one-off year-end tax receipts
- Manage daily call center report by distributing donor contacts requiring follow-up to Donor Services staff maintain an Honor/Memorial tracking system while ensuring quality of the data and working with the Donor Services team to communicate updated information.
- Performs call monitoring on a minimum of 10 inbound and outbound call center vendor calls as well as calls transferred to local Donor Services team Participates in quality calibrations with call center vendor.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- AA degree or higher, preferably in business or marketing.
- 5 years’ experience with customer service and operations management; preferably in a service oriented and/or Fundraising environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written interactions.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to set priorities and coordinate multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficient with computers including MS Office software; Business Objects and databases; familiarity with Pledge maker software preferred.
- Willingness to learn the depth and breadth of CRS’ programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to work well with all levels of staff.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective at multi-tasking, establishing priorities, and providing high quality, detail oriented products while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and make judgments independently.
