Development Alternatives Incorporated (DAI) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist in Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will provide information management and design of a monitoring and reporting system including development of program indicators to help inform USAID.

Key Job Responsibilities
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will perform the following functions-
- Develop methodology for systematic data collection and analysis of program indicators.
- Maintain database and meet with database developer as needed.
- Develop surveys and survey administration protocols to assess the impact of training.
- Work with team to ensure M&E accurately captures curriculum objectives and field needs.
- Analyze data for donor-requested reports.
- Produce activity updates, newsletters, and performance reports, as needed.
- Coordinate with project staff to create success stories.
- Design and carry out evaluations to assess project impact.
- Assist curriculum developers in designing training on M&E.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Ten years of experience in similar capacity, including experience putting in place performance monitoring system and mentoring project staff on its use to ensure good quality of performance data.
- Experience with USAID or comparable donor reporting systems.
- Experience with impact evaluations.
- Fluency in French and English.
