Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for supporting and implementing M&E related activities on the upcoming TRANSFORM project.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will perform the following functions-
- Assist in the development of appropriate monitoring and data collection systems in collaboration with TRANSFORM implementing partners.
- Participate in performance and impact evaluations of TRANSFORM programs; this includes the development of the evaluation methodology, design of the data collection tools and instruments, and selection of appropriate and relevant indicators, data analysis, developing recommendations and preparing the evaluation report.
- Support research related activities in collaboration with other stakeholders, including TRANSFORM implementing partners.
- Contribute to high quality evaluation reports and other deliverables.
- Provide technical assistance to TRANSFORM implementing partners and other stakeholders.
- Assist in learning and knowledge sharing activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have-
- Master’s degree in public health, international development, statistics or other related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing performance and/or impact evaluations and assessments of donor funded health programs.
- Fluency in English.
- Other
- Experience in performing M&E activities for RMNCH and/or WASH programs in Ethiopia.
- Familiarity of USAID Evaluation Policy.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
