Protocol Officer at Coffey, Pakistan

Coffey is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Protocol Officer in Peshawar, Pakistan. The duration for the post is of 1 year.

The Protocol Officer will be responsible to monitor security situation and alert National Project Risk Manager (NPRM) in case of emergency or incident for appropriate action to secure the office and staff.

Key Jobs Responsibilities

The Protocol Officer will perform the following functions-

Protocol Officer is to act 50% of Security and 50% of transport, after office hours.
Staff tracking and sharing the upcoming security developments info with the staff members advised by NPRM.
Holds the security operation room 24/7.
Dispatching of vehicles to the staff.
Assist transport manager to maintain record of log books.
Note down all the security incidents and make a daily report.
Making sure that all vehicles fuel tanks are topped up and slips are recorded over the weekends.
Send notification to the staff about their pickups and drop-off at airport or field visits movement by providing information of driver / vehicle.
Supervise guards and drivers in the absence of Transport manager and NPRM.
Ensure that drivers are working as per their duty Roster for drivers and watch keepers.
Ensure that all the movements are recorded on the operational log sheets soft copy and hard copy and then secured for the record.
Ensure that proper handover of staff movement is done while changing the shifts.
Any other duty can be assigned by the NPRM or DPRM or Transport Manager.
Contribute to knowledge management. Plan and implement activities that capture and distribute critical knowledge in a documented form (soft/hard copy) from initiatives across your functional area.
