Purpose of the Position
To provide sector technical support to Area Development Programs (ADPs) in all Learning through Evaluation with Accountability & planning ( LEAP) processes and in close collaboration with LEAP department towards achieving quality in sector projects, alignment with national secondary strategic plans and fulfilling the goal of transformational development with partner communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Education or related field.
- Degree of pedagogical education is preferred.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in data collection and project design.
- Experience in workforce planning, advocacy and networking.
- Good level of English proficiency for speaking and writing
