This funding opportunity is opened for international NGOs working with the Tibetan refugees in India, Nepal and, to some extent, Bhutan. The funding is available through the US State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration for the duration starting from July 2009 up to December 2009. Project proposals should propose to address health and livelihood issues of the Tibetan refugees and must be implemented by coordinating with UNHCR.
