Total Experience: I have 14 years of experience (5 years of freelance consulting experience during employment and higher studies). I worked in development sector extensively in the capacities of Panning, Evaluation, Program design, HR management, Staff capacity building, Training and Documentation. I have core specialization in sustainable livelihood and rehabilitation programs and the area of interest includes development research, project management, sustainable program development, community based disaster and NRM Projects. I have considerable field experience in implementing livelihood and watershed projects and creating sustainable micro institutions at the grassroots level. I have sound understanding of participatory tools and have expertise in community mobilization and integrating NGOs into large-scale social fronts. I have undertaken several assignments related to networking of organizations, team leading, assessing the project feasibility, planning, monitoring and evaluation of watershed programs, NRM, JFM and participatory irrigation projects.
