General Guidelines
- As per rules, all employees in the organization are liable to be transferred to any other department / division / location. Employees may be eligible for the provisions mentioned expressly in this policy herein.
- The economical route possible should calculate distance between the existing office and the new office.
- The provisions of the policy are not applicable to the below
(i) Employees who are transferred on their own request
- Transfers up to 50 KMs are not qualified to avail these benefits.
- Child Schooling Allowance is applicable ONLY if employees are transferring their kids along with them from their current location to the new location.
- Deputation: These would be temporary transfers required on an immediate basis, which may/ may not involve any allowances. In case of longer durations, the employee can be compensated with prior approvals. The time period may range from 15 days to 90days
Features
The following guidelines will be followed for the reimbursement
- The educational allowance is valid for employees who have 2 children; the benefit would not be applicable for more than 2 children in one family
- In case of transfers with Promotion, the child allowance would be paid as per the new designation/ band
