Mission
To promote prosperity, democratic governance and political stability in Nigeria and the African continent by nurturing creative, innovative transformative and moral leadership through research, capacity building and value advocacy
OBJECTIVES
The Centre focuses on the following objectives:
- The centre will promote excellence in public leadership through capacity building workshops. These workshops will inculcate in public and private sector leaders the values of visionary, committed, selfless, effective and transformational leadership;
- The centre will promote peace and security in Nigeria and Africa countries through interventions that inculcate in community leaders and stakeholders the values, attitudes and commitments of peace-building and conflict resolution
- To establish an international resource and learning centre on leadership and governance for the purpose of documentation, research and training on transformational leadership.
- To create a network of youths empowered to make contributions to national leadership and development.
- To build strong and effective partnerships between political leaders and civil societies for sustainable human development in Nigeria and Africa in general.
