Royal Holloway University of London invites applicants to apply for Scholarships and Awards for Postgraduate MPhil/PhD in the field of drama studies.
Scholarships take the form of a fee waiver or maintenance award or a combination of both, so if you’re enthusiastic about pursuing a research degree but are concerned about how to finance it, a Royal Holloway Scholarship can lighten the load.
Royal Holloway’s Drama Department is one of the top research departments in the UK and has an international reputation for excellence.The Department plans to make three of these awards, which cover fees at the home/EU rate and a contribution of £5000 towards maintenance.
Eligibility–
- For all postgraduate degrees applicant will normally need to have obtained, or be expected to achieve, a second class UK honours degree or overseas equivalent.
- If applicant’s first language is not English, applicant will be required to demonstrate their English language level through a recognised qualification.
- If applicant English language results are slightly below the required level for their course, applicant can attend a pre-sessional English language course, meaning applicant won’t have to retake any exams.
