The criteria for selection of the TMT course includes the set-up of the training course, the eligibility of the participants and information regarding the location and duration of the training program.
Set-up of the training course
- The training should be a group training;
- The programme does not support activities such as seminar attendances and conference visits;
- The subject is relevant to the needs identified within the requesting organization.
Participants
- The participants should be the staff of the requesting organization. Members of an association, or employees of member s of a federation, for example, do not qualify;
- Minimum number of participants is six persons;
- Maximum number of participants is 20 persons;
- The participants should be in a position to introduce their newly acquired skills and knowledge.
Training location
The training must take place either in the country of the requesting organization, in a neighboring country, or in a combination of these locations. If the added value is explicitly explained and motivated, training may take place in the Netherlands.
Duration
The total duration of a TMT training usually is 2 to 3 weeks (depending on the budget needed for the training itself and other activities). The training and activities related to the training (compilation and preparation of the training) have to be realized within a period of maximum one year.
