Roland Berger Strategy Consultants invites applications for Fully Funded Postgraduate Scholarships in which courses are offered by the university at Oxford University in UK.
The Weidenfeld-Roland Berger Scholarships Scheme supports five postgraduate students per annum with the objective of promoting human rights and human dignity across a range of fields. It is envisioned that recipients will contribute more effectively in their professional lives to advancing these objectives in their countries and regions of origin.
The Scheme targets exceptional individuals from the transition and emerging economies of Europe’s wider neighborhood including Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Caucasus, Russia, and Central Asia, as well as North Africa and the Middle East.
The Leadership Programme includes-
- An annual Leadership and Public Policy Seminar including moderated discussions and workshops on political philosophy and leadership development;
- Practical skills training in presentation, exam-writing and interviewing techniques;
- A London Leadership Forum at the end of the academic year;
- Engagement in the Institute for Strategic Dialogue’s projects and conferences;
- Organisation of an annual Weidenfeld Debate; and
- Numerous networking opportunities throughout the year.
Criteria–
- A strong interest in human rights and human dignity, which they can demonstrate either through their academic work, their extra-curricular activities or their planned professional careers;
- An interest in exploring social and economic models which would support the promotion of human rights and human dignity.
- applicants should be able to demonstrate a connection between their subject of study and their longer-term career objectives, explaining in some detail how they see their professional work contributing to the improvement of public life in their countries of origin or at a wider regional or international level.
- This scholarship may not be held in conjunction with any other awards. Students currently at Oxford are not eligible to apply unless they are already Weidenfeld Scholars. Part-time courses are not eligible for the Weidenfeld Scholarships and Leadership Programme.
Eligibility –
- Candidates should be applying to start a new graduate course at Oxford. They should also in normal circumstances be intending to return to their countries or regions of origin once their courses are completed.

- Eligible candidates must have an undergraduate degree and be ordinarily resident in one of the above countries.
