The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking Concept Papers from Georgian entities, such as private, nonprofit organizations, including private voluntary organizations, universities, research organizations, professional associations, and relevant special interest associations for funding to support and increase participation of people with disabilities (PWDs) in USAID activities and strengthen the capacity of disabled people’s organizations (DPOs).
USAID/Georgia is providing assistance in advocacy for the rights of people with disabilities, in enhancing the inclusive and special education opportunities for children with disabilities, and developing the home-based care for those home-bound children with severe disabilities.
