Request for Proposal is invited for Final Evaluation of Project “Cambridge-Viet Nam Women’s Leadership Programme: Empowerment Of Women In The Public Sector In The Context Of International Economic Integration “.
Vietnamese national or international individuals or team of one international and one Vietnamese national consultant are welcomed to submit the proposals.
The purpose of the Cambridge-Vietnam Women’s Leadership Programme is empowerment of Women in the Public Sector in the Context of International Economic Integration (EOWP) to create opportunities for highly qualified women employed in Vietnam’s public sector to undertake advanced study and research at the University of Cambridge. The major objective was to help identify ways and means to empower women working in the public sector to deal with innovative challenges of the country’s deeper and broader economic integration and prepare exceptionally talented women from Viet Nam’s public sector to take on leadership roles in all fields.
The project has been running since 2008 and will be finalized in December 2012. This evaluation is planned to assess the project’s progress against outputs and identify appropriate recommendations for a second phase of the project. The evaluation will assess the achievements, relevance, effectiveness, impact and efficiency of the project.
