University of Westminster is located in London and is dedicated to provide quality education and research environment to its students. The university aims for social and professional development of its students as well as the economic and cultural enrichment of London and wider communities through quality education and the advanced courses offered at the university.
University of Westminster is currently seeking applications for the Vietnam Scholarship program.
Amount
Full tuition fee waivers, accommodation, living expenses and flights to and from London.
Eligibility
You must be from Vietnam, and hold an offer for a full-time Masters degree at the University.
Criteria
Academic excellence, development potential and financial need. Preference will be given to junior faculty members of partner Universities in Vietnam.
Guidelines
- Do not submit an application for a scholarship prior to or along with your admissions application to study at the University.
- Apply only if you are holding an offer (conditional or unconditional) of a place on a course at the University of Westminster.
- Applications from students who have already begun a course of study at the University are not considered.
- Unless otherwise stated, the deadline for sending in your application for scholarships for September entry is 31st May of the same year. Please check individual scholarships for any exceptions to this.
- Unless otherwise stated, the deadline for sending in your application for scholarships for January entry is 1st November of the previous year. Please check individual scholarships for any exceptions to this.
- The application must be word processed and if not then reasons for being unable to do so given.
- The scholarships procedure is separate from your admissions application. Therefore, please make sure that you send in a separate application to the Scholarships Office accompanied with the following documents in this order:
- Your statement of support
- A copy of your offer letter
- A copy of your IELTS/TOEFL result. These are English language qualifications, and you are only
- required to submit this if you are an international or European applicant.
- A copy of your transcript from your most recent/current academic study
- A reference letter for your scholarship application. This should be written by a previous tutor, professor, academic or employer (Where relevant to your chosen degree course)
Last date for submitting the application is May 31, 2012.
