Elle Foundation has been supporting the development, emancipation and women’s place in society since its establishment in 2004. It provides financial support to projects that aim to promote the empowerment of women through education, training and information.
Organizations in developing countries should partner with a French or European association to apply for the fund to Elle Foundation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Project must be presented by a French or European association who is the partner of the IT and guarantor of the project management and the proper use of funds.
- Project activities should focus on education, training and information.
- Applications cannot be forwarded by individuals.
- The direct beneficiaries of the projects must be women and girls.
