The South Asia Finance & Private Sector Unit (SASFP) of the World Bank is recruiting an Extended Term Consultant (ETC) to work as an Operations Analyst (OA) to be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. SASFP has a growing work program in the area of financial and private sector development with a portfolio in the region that comprises operations spread across several countries. In this position, the ETC/OA will perform a variety of research and analytical tasks requiring independent initiative. Typically the overall direction of the work is well defined and forms a component of larger projects. Work will be performed under the guidance of a task manager.
Education:
- Minimum Education: MA/MS (Economics/Finance or related fields)
Experience:
- Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 2 years
