Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Nurse Manager, Mind and Brain Service Line in Pakistan.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Nurse Manager, Mind and Brain Service Line will perform the following functions-
- The overall nursing management of the Mind and Brain Service Line of the hospital.
- The performance of nursing staff, ensuring exemplary patient care by institutional set quality standards and will participate in the strategic and resource planning for the Service Line.
- With clinical expertise are expected to assist unit staff and physicians, for solving problems related to patients’ processes and family issues and ensure compliance as per the guidance provided by the Service Line Chief.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- A Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, preferably Masters in Nursing / Health Administration/Hospital Administration from an accredited university with valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant nursing administrative experience.
- Ability to demonstrate clinical competency in specialty.
- Sound knowledge of patient care/patient safety standards.
- Knowledge of resource management.
- Ability to work in teams with others to produce innovative solutions.
- Ability to make difficult decisions in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills and ready to accept change.
