The Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) is currently inviting applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Outsourcing Coordinator based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Job Responsibilities
The Outsourcing Coordinator will perform the following functions-
- Contribute to annual work plan and division’s budget planning activities.
- Provide inputs to the outsourcing planning of the division.
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying more efficient ways of executing work.
- Support in documenting procedural steps to follow in the operations of the division.
- Comply with policies in operational work of the division.
- Responsible for monitoring outsourcing needs and handling incoming/outgoing IDB resource needs.
- Responsible for contacting new vendors and their evaluation.
- Draft proposal requests, help establish budgets for resources, and review proposals submitted.
- Ensure that the solution proposed by the Procurement is complete and appropriate and results in the best proposal possible.
- Monitor the performance of outsourced services/projects and identify areas of improvements, and recommend solutions.
- Create and report monthly billing of the outsourced services, and issue payments for authorized rented services/products.
- Document and resolve all issues with the outsourced staff/services.
- Record and plan outsources staff leaves accordingly and ensure no leave overlapping.
- Establish a professional relationship with the outsource vendor.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have-
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any relevant discipline.
- 5 years of working experience.
- Other skills–
- Fluency in Arabic Language and English Language is essential.
- MS office.
- Experience with heavy schedule management.
- Performance monitoring and attention to details.
- Knowledge of bidding processes, outsourcing contracts.
- Vendor management.
- Quality control and procedures.
