Job responsibilities included:
• Over-all supervision of the organization, both the administration and service.
• Regular meetings with the directors with various departmental in-charge to follow-up their work-progress, review the future strategies and work plan.
• Reviewing of methods of analysis and forecasting of requirements with anticipated budget for any/all future program and introduce/pre-plan a better suitable strategy for the same.
• Supervision the work process of subordinates for disciplinary and administrative action.
• Keep an eye on the activities style and progress of the other branches country-wide.
• To guide the staff-members for achieving the organization target by serving the humanity
