More Details: The Development field is a broad, dynamic, multicultural and so inspiring if one has the professional ethics and principles with compassion, love and humility to service the most privileged in our global communities so that people have hope and faith and collectively work together to achieve the millennium development goals.
With vast years of working experience in in positions such as Programme Development Adviser, Field Coordinator/Assistant Program officer, Program officer, Trauma Therapist, Social worker, volunteer etc this has inspired me the more to serve humanity and currently working as Executive Director with Hope and peace for Humanity (HPH) in Northern Uganda.
Implementing comprehensive heath integrated programmes, HIV/AIDS/Education, Psychosocial programmes in conflict affected areas of Northern Uganda, peace building and conflict management programmes, livelihood food security progammes, youth Alive for Jesus Evangelisation ministry, this provides the need to empower, emancipate, mobilize, and sensitize the different communities on the social contemporary problems of todays world so that programmes that uses holistic and rights based approach to programming be designed more so addressing equity and equality with all the human basic rights.
And this has been the long 7 years of my development work with advocacy for policy formulation that echoes development in all aspect of human life.
