Our objective is to attain the total empowerment of the rural poor, small and marginal farmers, fisher folk and skill based workers by creating just society without poverty, illiteracy, ill health, food security, child labor, gender discrimination, social inequality and oppression.

I am having 18 years experience in rural development sector I am a founder President and Project Director of the Rural Reconstruction and Development Society. The society was registered in 1991 under society registration Act 1860 as a Project Director I am having responsibility to organize to educate and empowering the rural poor in Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh. As a Project Director I am having responsibility to take care of office administration visiting the field and planning for meetings and trainings. I am having also responsibility to attend district level meetings organized by government and non-government organizations. I am also having responsibility to participate outside workshops and seminars.
