The Board of Directors or the Board of Members in your organization plays a critical role in planning and management of the organization. But often, the Board may not be ready for adopted new ideas or work on new innovations for raising funds for the organization. It often happens that the Board of your organization may not be interested in fundraising at all – they just prefer to leave to the staff.
In such a scenario, how can you get the Board involved in raising funds? How can the Board play a responsible role in fundraising for the organization? How to carry out extreme makeover of your board so that your organization is able to perform better in raising funds?
The webinar on ‘Building a Fundraising Board‘ to be held on September 19, 2012 from 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM GMT will provide useful information as how the Board can play a role in raising funds; how they can take up fundraising as an important responsibility; and how they can be motivated to work for it.
