The Pact is currently accepting applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Organizational/Capacity Development Consultant based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
The Organizational/Capacity Development Consultant will provide capacity development services to participating CSOs based on individual CSO needs, as determined by capacity assessments conducted under this project.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Extensive experience working with Nepali CSOs. Minimum of 3 years of experience in capacity development of Nepali CSOs with proven results.
- Track record of designing and implementing effective capacity development interventions.
- Strong skills in leading trainings and mentoring, including proven facilitation skills.
- Fluency in Nepali required.
- Experience providing capacity development in the related field.
- Fluency in English.
